  • What services do you offer?

We specialise in the recruitment of qualified nursing staff and trainees for the nursing profession from abroad. Our service includes the entire visa process, recognition of foreign qualifications and integration into the German labour market

  • How does the recruitment process work?

The process begins with a needs analysis and the creation of a requirements profile. We search for suitable candidates, conduct interviews and check their qualifications. After a successful selection, we support both employers and candidates in all administrative steps, including visa applications and the recognition of professional qualifications.

  • What qualifications do the candidates need to have?

Candidates must have completed training in the care sector and have professional experience. A school-leaving certificate is required for trainees. Good German language skills (at least B1 level) are required.

  • How long does the entire process take?

The recruitment process can take between six months and a year, depending on the candidate's country of origin and individual requirements. This includes the selection of candidates, the processing of visa applications and the recognition of qualifications.

  • Who bears the costs of the recruitment process?

Depending on the agreement, the costs can be borne by the employer, the candidates or through a joint assumption of costs. We will be happy to prepare a customised offer on request.

  • Do you also support the integration of new employees?

Yes, we offer comprehensive integration services, including language courses, intercultural training and support in finding accommodation. Our aim is to give new employees a smooth start in Germany.

  • What happens if the visa application is rejected?

In this rare case, we analyse the reasons for the rejection and try to resubmit the application if necessary. If it is not possible to resubmit the application, we will look for alternative candidates.

  • How do you ensure that the candidates are well prepared?

Our candidates undergo a comprehensive selection process that includes language tests and personal interviews in addition to professional qualifications. We also offer preparatory training and language courses to ensure that they fulfil the requirements in Germany.

  • Can you also provide carers at short notice?

As the recruitment and visa process takes time, it is only possible to provide staff at short notice to a limited extent. We recommend that you plan your staffing requirements well in advance and contact us accordingly.

  • How are foreign professional qualifications recognised?

We support candidates in submitting all the necessary documents to the relevant German authorities and accompany the entire recognition process. This includes the translation of documents, preparation for necessary examinations and communication with the authorities.

  • Which countries do you cover?

We have experience in recruiting nursing staff from various countries, particularly from Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. Depending on the specific needs of the employer and the language requirements, we search specifically in the relevant regions.

  • How can I get in touch with you?

You can contact us by phone, e-mail or via our contact form on the website. We look forward to receiving your enquiry and are available for a non-binding consultation.
