Born and raised in Germany with a Burundian background, Kamana Sango brings a unique perspective to our organisation. With a Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Economy and extensive experience in fundraising, she realised that she could solve two pressing needs at the same time with a holistic approach. The economic weakness in many countries of the global South means that many people want to work in a committed way, but do not have the right infrastructure. At the same time, Germany is suffering from a significant shortage of skilled labour, exacerbated by demographic change. Kamana Sango firmly believes that the unique concept of Global Talent Partners addresses both challenges and thus creates sustainable solutions for everyone involved.
